Switching to Lebara is quick and easy. You can switch to us from 4 months before the end of your contract with your old provider. You simply take your old number with you. We will cancel your old contract with your current provider. This way you stay reachable and avoid double costs.

During your order, you can choose when your subscription should start. Requesting number portability? Then your contract starts on the day your number is transferred to Lebara.
With Sim Only you can choose between an extra affordable 24-month subscription or a flexible monthly cancellable subscription that continues automatically as long as you want. Both subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded monthly for free.

Our SIM cards fit any mobile phone. Simply click out the desired size from the 3-in-1 frame and insert it into your mobile.
You will normally receive your SIM card within 2 business days via regular mail. You can cancel within 14 days of receipt. Usage charges may apply upon cancellation.

Want to take out an extra subscription? You can. You can simply fill in your own personal details when signing up. If you have previously taken out a subscription, we ask you to use an alternative email address.
An extra subscription is ideal if you want to take out a second subscription for someone else. Think of parents, administrators and employers.

Bundle depleted? Then you call for €0.15 per minute to mobile numbers, €0.02 to landlines and €0.12 to voicemail per call. A start rate of €0.15 applies. Calling Lebara numbers is completely free. SMS outside your bundle costs €0.15. Mobile internet outside your bundle costs €0.10 per MB. You can spend a maximum of €50 outside your bundle, after which you need to top up.

Easily switch from Lebara prepaid to Sim Only. When entering your details, choose number portability, select provider Lebara prepaid and enter your current prepaid number. You decide when the switch to Sim Only takes effect. Any remaining prepaid credit will of course be transferred to your Sim Only subscription.

Call and text worry-free in the Netherlands for 1 euro per month. Unlimited calling and texting is subject to a Fair Use Policy of 3000 minutes and 1000 text messages per month.

Call abroad often? Good news: with our international bundle of 5 euros per month, you can call and text from the Netherlands unlimited to other countries within the EU and Canada, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Israel, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Morocco (landline), Norway, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey (landline), United States, South Africa, South Korea and Switzerland.

We use KPN's reliable and fast 5G Network. All our bundles have 5G internet with a maximum download speed of 75 Mbps and upload speed of 25 Mbps.
